Yes, we hold the highest certifications for food production, which is solid proof to our customers of our compliance and professionalism. Yet, to us, quality is a commitment not only to ourselves, our heritage, and our customers to deliver the very best but also to say, “We can do better.” To us, quality is more than our products. It’s the very nature of all we do. We are devoted to a more sustainable environment and a great workplace.
Proud heritage
More than a decade ago, in 1919, packaging manufacturer William Beck founded Beck in Bornholm, a small fishermen’s island in Denmark. During World War 2, our factory was bombed and destroyed. Still, with hard work, ingenuity, and a strong belief in the future, we have developed into a globally leading supplier of packaging solutions with representation in all global markets.

Energized by curiosity, we constantly innovate and improve our products, processes, and services, even in the most minor details. This allows us to not only deliver the by-far best product in the market but also to have long-lasting partnerships and collaboration with our customers and to be a first-mover in our industry to minimize our environmental footprint.

We know, it sounds almost too good to be true. But it isn’t. In our 2023 people survey, 100% (!) of our people agreed with the statement, “Beck is a good workplace.” For many years, we have done our utmost to create a workplace where people feel safe, thrive, and grow. We realize why this is important for our business – but this is not why we do it – we do it because it’s the right thing to do. It’s as simple as that.

In 2018 we changed our production from using oil to gas, and we now emit 11.3 tons CO2 less every year.
