In 2014, Beck was nominated for the CSR People Prize in the ‘smaller companies with less than 100 employees’ category. The nomination recognized the company’s dedicated approach to social responsibility, leading to positive changes such as participation in the “Flekspilot” project, collaboration with Sandemandsgården and efforts to improve the qualifications of uneducated employees.

In 2008, Beck was honored as the most inclusive company on Bornholm. Beck is committed to treating all employees with respect and dignity, apposing child labor, and supporting the right to association and collective bargaining. Beck does not impose discriminatory demands on employees and ensures a healthy and safe work environment through comprehensive policies.

Success 2021 & 2022

In 2021, we won the price given by Spar Nord and BDO Danmark who highlighted how sustainability and looking into future played a large role in the company.

Apprenticeship of year 2023

in 2023, Beck won the price for best apprenticeship workplace on Bornholm. Passing skills on to the next generation is of the highest importance, and we are very humble to accept this award.
