The details
The perfect block
The Beck Liner® is designed to provide the customer
with a perfect frozen food block. The Beck Liners® will
absorb a specific amount of water and when frozen this liquid forms a complete oxygen barrier which protects your product from freezer burn and dehydration. This barrier also works to produce a solid and completely uniform block of food minus water and air pockets.
Optimal processing time
Beck Liners® are designed for optimal processing time,
minimal waste, makes packing and stripping process easy and ensure the flattest block surface possible. Secondary processors cut and bread the food blocks once stripped of the Beck Liner®. Exact portions are required for every fish/chicken burger, fish stick and nugget. Using Beck Liners® ensures meeting the precise and strict requirements of these processors.
World standard
The world standard for fish products is 7.5 kg. If you
have other size and shape needs, Beck customizes to
meet your requirements. We can even print your liner
in various colors stating types of products, logos for
branding your products and company profile.

The Beck salmon liner is made from a heavier cardboard, which gives you a better result, when working with fattier fish, such as Salmon. Size and wax cover is the same as the standard Beck liner.
