At Beck, we work with sustainability because it makes sense: for the climate, for our customers, and for the way we run our business. It is work that is never really finished. 2025 has been a year when we have focused on getting our data, systems, and day-to-day processes to work well together, rather than launching many new initiatives. It is less visible work, but it lays a solid foundation we can build from.

Our high ambitions remain unchanged. Progress does not always move in a straight line, but the
direction is clear. This report is an honest picture of where Beck stands today, and of the work that
